The good: quick response to my initial request. Able to book over the internet. The less-good: it took several emails and calls to get the actual work done after the initial diagnosis was completed. Admittedly, the original inspection was done when I had a proxy at the house (instead of myself), but it should not have taken that many tries to get an answer to "what do we do now?" Fortunately, they were able to complete the work once the follow up appointment was finally scheduled. Would probably give them another chance.

Filled out a form yesterday, had a technician out this morning. Very efficient work, couldn't be more satisfied. I am not sure about the phone service, I'd definitely use the online form. There is a $60 fee for them to come out, but if you repair w the company then it is waived -- much better than the $110 that the fridge manufacturer would have charged instead.
