MCLC are honest brokers. They did not fulfill their contract to mow my lawn, which was very frustrating, but they did issue a reimbursement when I asked for one.

MCLC came highly recommended, so the disappointment was all the greater... Several times, they just did not come to mow the lawn (citing weather conditions as the reason for one of them, or the team had just "forgotten", without offering any refund until we insisted). They did not finish the Fall cleaning (citing the weather again) and we had to insist to get some of our money back). On several occasions their work was terrible (I have pics). Never again! For the almost $1300.00 I paid I was very disappointed. They always did a very rushed job. Were never consistent in when they came i.e. had to tell them to leave when they showed up one Saturday late afternoon as it was minutes before our backyard party was to begin. They broke one of our plastic eavestrough pipes and never did the fall clean up blaming it on the weather.
