Its been well over a year. They started out okay then I dont know what happened. They stopped communicating, no one is ever available when I called for updates. Whoever the receptionist was gives the same answer everytime in the same nonchalant tone.They stopped responding to messages. Its like they took my case and just forgot about it for months.
