We ordered an expensive fabric sofa with the electronic footprint rest as well as 2 chairs covered in fabric. A year after purchase the chair fabric showed signs of wear and our sales rep could only say "they don't make things like they used to." The bar on the sofa that extends the footrest recently broke after only 3 years. We are seniors and gentle on our furniture. The quality has been extremely disappointing.
Disappointed in how they are treating a custom order situation of a friend of mine. Customer service is surely not a priority
My furniture just arrived! The delivery guys were very professional and did wonderful getting it all inside and set up. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I so love it!!! The cushions are extra firm as requested. I spent a little more than originally planned but well worth the money!!! I had been looking for two years for the perfect pieces. I would highly recommend this company!!!!
Experience with the furniture delivery service office has been unpleasant and unhelpful. Unfortunately, that detracts from the reputation of McLaughlin's.
I love this store! We've made three purchases in the last year, and are considering a fourth. They have quality furniture and we're very pleased with the pieces we've received. Very happy to find furniture that's MADE IN AMERICA!
