Place has been here forever and kinda smells like it. Had a lot of furniture just nothing we were interested in. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful.
EXCELLENT, would be how I would describe my experience at the Novi store. The sales staff was very helpful, efficient and patient. The quality and selection of the merchandise was superior. And, the prices were very competitive and reasonable. Finally, Jim and Brian delivered the furniture and exercised the greatest care and customer service. Bought my first piece of furniture in 1978. A grandfather clock. Recently purchased a Sherill over stuffed chair and ottoman. Always admired the grandfather clock when you started on Dix in Lincoln Park Michigan. I was in 5th grade. Inherited my aunt's Haerden end tables, and dining room set. Bought my China cabinet, Pennsylvania House floor sample there. Bought my cheery bedroom set at McLaughlin 2, William Sterling. Love your furniture. Lenore H Hubbell.
