I had ordered a Bassett Power Recliner from McLaughlins. I was very pleased with the price (it was a bit lower than if I had purchased directly from Bassett!) Diane my sales rep is awesome as is Dan. We arranged delivery of the chair and all appeared to be great. Hhowever, after one time reclining, the chair would not straighten. Dan came out on the Saturday of memorial Day Weekend to troubleshoot the problem. Not being able to resolve the issue, he put in a service request with the McLaughlin service team.
