I’m very happy with yesterday’s install of the whole house generator. Mark was extremely helpful and I was thrilled they could do the whole job including the propane. Such a huge relief after meeting with several others companies with dissatisfying outcomes. Chris and Trevor did an amazing job in that horrible heat. They were fun and personable. Decker electric also did a great job. The inspector who came after said he rarely has issues with this process. Such a good experience. Thx all!
I called several times to get an estimate for our home and every time I returned the call no one was available to talk to me. I called again after a month arranged an appointment to come out for an estimate. They called a week later on Dec 8th and offered an estimate that afternoon. The technician that came was friendly and said the owners wife would get back to us with the estimate to clean and set a tank. Its now over 4 weeks later and we have not heard back from them.
