I am not a fan of tele-eye exams. I don't feel that $90 is appropriate without having the optometrist able to discuss eye issues and questions. At $90 for 5 minutes of personal care, that is more than $1000 an hour. The woman who was physically in the office was very nice and seemed knowledgeable for what she was doing.
Wow! Every part was wonderful! Set up was easy, appointment was smooth and answered all my questions. Picking out glasses was fun and I saved $100. 3 pairs were less than what I have spent on one pair in the past AND I love love love them! They fit perfect. I can see. Wow! I am so excited and impressed!
I am a new patient.. I am happy to say the appointments I have had have been wonderful! Very comfortable and leave there feeling very confident with all questions and concerns answered. I am very pleased with being referred by my Sister and I will be passing on the referrals.. Thank you
Great overall experience. This was my first change of eye doctor in over 35 years (prompted by my retiring and relocating). Dr. McLaughlin was excellent. Easy to talk with and I felt it was a very thorough exam. Being connected with the Costco optical department was the icing on the cake. Really looking forward to getting my new glasses!
Absolutely amazing service! I was able to get my glasses and contacts prescription updated. Not to mention, got some eye drops to help with seasonal allergies. Everything who worked there were all super friendly and awesome!
