I had a great experience at this optometrist! She answered all my questions with kindness and humor, and helped me understand exactly what I need to do to solve the eye problem I am experiencing. The folks at the front desk were also wonderful. I appreciated the clear pricing information available before the appointment. I will be returning here in the future!
Highly recommend, have had a few eye exams there. I wear glasses and wanted to try contacts, I was up there for a contact class. I was struggling getting my contacts in and the younger girl was so sweet, patient and encouraging when I was ready to give up! She said she recently switched to contacts as well & had issues at first so it made me feel better. I forget her name but god bless her soul. 10/10 would recommend!
The women at the desk were super friendly and helpful. The doc was so sweet and took her time. I’ll definitely be going there from now on. And since they are inside Costco they have a huge selection of glasses to choose from!
Dr. Irwin is a very smart, kind, and thoughtful eye doctor. She gave me some tests I've never had before and gave me options on contacts that proved she was thinking outside the box. The office staff here is also very kind and efficient. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Thanks you all for helping me see more clearly!! :) You're my new go-to in town.
By far the best optometrist I have ever been to. Professional, knowledgeable, informative, caring and patient all rolled into one! I could not recommend McLaughlin Optometry more.
