Good customer service, knowledgeable staff and reliable service. Oil prices are competitive and reasonable. I appreciate their prompt delivery of fuel when they know our tank is running low. I highly recommend McLaughlin Oil and Propane services.
All was fine until I sold my house. I called to cancel service. They filled the tank months after I cancelled. Scott on 2 different occasions said he would make things right. Instead, they picked up the tank, stealing the propane I paid for inside of the tank.
Ignorant customer service, they don’t know how to talk people respectfully. The delivery guys are great though!
1st time no problems. Great drivers. 2nd time. Terrible guy who answers the phone. Tried 3 times to simply ask for a delivery date. When you start talking he interrupts and talks over you. Gave up and called and called Hellers. Cheaper price even.
