Do not use Mclaughlin! We have had McLaughlin for our propane provider for over 10 years and recently switched. Whenever we would call for a refill they were always rude and state they would fill the tank when they could. We called about a propane leak, because we use 300 gallons in an about a month. They came up and did a leak test but only on the tank not inside the house, where we stated the leak was. They weren't even here for 5 minutes. Purchased a home and needed the heating oil filled and a propane tank installed, so I chose McLaughlin's because they do both. They sent two guys out right away and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable and helpful company, thank you. Update: I've been a customer for three years now and I'm still pleased with their service. Had a minor hiccup recently, but the company was quick to resolve the issue.

My original 5 star review is at bottom, but I've now been a customer for 3 years and here's an update: I've had no issues until recently. During my last heating oil fill up, the delivery guy overfilled and spilled diesel all over the ground. He did not leave me a note, nor did he put down any absorbent litter. I had to go to the store, buy supplies, and clean the spill myself. My house still smells like diesel fumes a week later. Right after that incident, it was time to refill my propane. Good customer service, knowledgeable staff and reliable service. Oil prices are competitive and reasonable. I appreciate their prompt delivery of fuel when they know our tank is running low. I highly recommend McLaughlin Oil and Propane services.
