My neighbor used this company because they found themselves in an extremely bad spot. They gave them all the money they had and he claimed that he would take good care of them and make it as easy as possible.. WHAT A LIE. CHARGED THEM A TON OF MONEY AND THEN FAILS INSPECTION. Now they are acting like it wasn't there fault that is if he even answers the phone. Now it's almost Christmas and he is saying anything to get outta coming back to fix his worthless work... He was very nice, but is so busy he can't come until NEXT April!!! So...he was unable to come....
Called re problem with my plumbing. A time was set for the next day. Did not show up. Called business 30 minutes later, no response. Did not get a call back or an explanation.
Did a good job and was very professional.
I have used them several times for repairs to plumbing and to replace a well pump , he has taken care of all my problems very , great service
