I'm giving them 2 stars as the people are great. Always helped us when needed. The price tho once switched I've realized we have been paying excessive almost double for house more then double for auto and like 5 x the amount for umbrella as we are getting now with better coverage. We were with them for 8 years and never questioned them. It wasn't until we bought a new car that things didn't add up and once we started calling around we realized that for years we have been paying to much almost double what we should have.
