Originally gave them 5 stars but since the sales office in California can't return phone calls or texts or emails we are gonna update our experience. It's been a total nightmare circus with these people. They issued me half of my refund and in messages stated the other half would be going on my card in another transaction and never happened. Do business honestly. Don't cheat people and don't lie in reviews. Do not buy products from them. I received my item very problem. I called and no help what so ever. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. I will make sure to let as many people and social media outlets as possible know to stay away. I literally have had this for 2 weeks and it didn’t work. In the beginning, I got a little frustrated. I tried watching the Youtube videos, which were very helpful. Then I reached out to support and John walk me through and set up the printer. Now, I feel like I can expand without wasting so much time on the vinyl printer. Just need my shaker so it can make things go a little faster. Overall, great experience.
