I had a great experience with customer service this even. My computer had no more space to download anything. I and it cleaned and after I did my software was gone. I contacted customer service at 9 at night and they were able to get me back up and running in 30 mins
Bong, has helped me so much with my software to get it back up and running in no time at all. The team at Mclaud is always so helpful and nice I am always satisfied when I get off the phone or computer with them. They ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of.
I had a problem with my AcroRip software crashing after a windows update. I text John & he assisted me immediately even though it the company was closed for Easter Friday! We have purchased 3 different printers over the past 4 + years. We really love our newest printer, the Naruhoshi DTF602 Printer. It's also great to have a company somewhat local to get supplies and service from.
