This company has gone down hill since I first purchased. They lie and you leave you waiting for response back. I ordered a chip for my yellow cartridge the envelope arrived later than the date is was supposed to. WELL open it up it's empty I have been trying to reach someone since I received it on Saturday. I even texted John no response. I have lost money due to this! All I want is what I paid for and that's the chip!
I currently have an epson printer that I purchased in 12-2023. I have to say it has been two very challenging years with this printer. From print heads being clogged, program not working ( I had to purchase additional software), the white ink not printing correctly etc etc At the moment the printer is no longer working again! We have called tech support several times, we spoke with jon and Josh, they offered no solution for our problem. Avoid this company.
Thank you McLaud for providing DTF printer. The setup was quick and hassle-free, and the print quality is outstanding. The software is very easy to use. P.S. after printing just for a couple of months the printer is trash. Just a big paper weight. Even the tech support can't handle. I just lost money and time for this garbage
McLaud Technology is the best. Always available if and when I have questions, and they will take the time to walk you though all the steps to make sure you are back up and running. Always good customer service
