The service has really gone down hill in the last year or two. The service department doesn't seem to care or be willing to do their job and assist you in doing business with McCarty Nissan, unless it's just an oil change. They are lazy, apathetic, standoffish, etc... Never again will I do business with them. The small things count and now I know where I won't be going when it's time for a new car. Management really needs to get the service department in check, because they represent the company poorly.
Made an appointment for 1:00 for an oil change and a tire repair. I'm now leaving at 4:50. I do not recommend!!!! Unless you don't value your time
I’m really disappointed in McLarty, Nissan of Little Rock I have been trying since November 10 to get them to honor a warranty that Nissan sold me on a brand new vehicle in April 2025 and the only answers I hear is it must be a new piece of the warranty. They don’t know how to use it so now they have ignored me for over a week. I’ve called 3 to 4 times a day.
