Made a call to have my Oil changed with the question if they took the Endurance warranty & the gentleman said yes so we scheduled for a time to come in & was told to check in with Andrea, arrived a little early asked for this person & it was apparent that she had a attitude, proceeded to give her my info & my Warranty paper. McCarty ford service they are very helpful. They helped me out with all my needs and got me in and out the same day and brought me to work .
Went looking at an Expedition 4/30/24 sales person came out all cheerie and and nice right up until he found out I new to much about the $80,000 product that he was trying to sell and I use the term (sell) lightly, at that point he said thanks for coming I can see your not buying...so we left...I will not go back...
