Jeff Lewis (Sales) and Dane Zimmerman (Service) are both outstanding and not part of why I'm giving one star. I've made three separate appointments for my vehicle and have had it dropped off the night before. All three times the first 24h the vehicle is there they do nothing with it, and only on day 2 does work start. Follow up from a year later: They keep offering to buy back the car that they broke more for less than I paid them to break it, AFTER I've told them to stop contacting me! LEAVE ME ALONE. This experience combined with another recent very negative experience at a Ford in Springdale makes me wonder if there's not some deeper-rooted problem with Ford that causes this behavior. Their service department was great. Worked with Toby to get routine maintenance done and he was wonderful. I joked about them not having chocolate donuts and he actually went across the street to get me one. Gave me a free car wash too. They will definitely have my business in future.
Alonzo went above and beyond to help us. Our car had issues driving up from Texas for a few days mountain biking. Alonzo managed to fit us in for diagnostics the next day despite a back log He organized a loaner / rental car, a new explorer. Everyone was very helpful , awesome service.
Parts counter guys are great. Can’t answer for the shop.
