Their service department was great. Worked with Toby to get routine maintenance done and he was wonderful. I joked about them not having chocolate donuts and he actually went across the street to get me one. Gave me a free car wash too. They will definitely have my business in future.
Alonzo went above and beyond to help us. Our car had issues driving up from Texas for a few days mountain biking. Alonzo managed to fit us in for diagnostics the next day despite a back log He organized a loaner / rental car, a new explorer. Everyone was very helpful , awesome service.

3 minutes ago New I spent $6,672.57 after taxes and when I picked the car up, most of my issues were not fixed. The water pump was replaced but the radiator fluid reservoir was not filled back up. I paid to have my parking brake fixed and when I got home, the parking brake will not hold on the drive way. I was originally told the crank harmonic balancer would be replaced and it still had the original pulley on it. They replaced serpentine tensioner pulley instead when it did not need to be replaced.
