Bad service. 2 day to tell me extended warranty won’t cover my repairs
Jeff was exceptional to work with. He was extremely patient with me in helping me make my decision to purchase my new Lincoln Nautilis. I am thankful that he took the time over a couple of days to allow me to check out several vehicles, get comfortable with my decisions and answered all of my questions. Turns out... I ended up purchasing the very first one he picked out for me and sent me on a test drive in LOL. He made car buying very pleasant, zero pressure and not at all stressful!
