Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Recently when driving through Conway, Arkansas, the water in fuel light came on the dash of my 2026 Dodge ram. I had one day to kill so I decided to make an appointment at this dealership. Avoid this service dept like the plague. I have a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee I just got last year it was 20k & it was paid for in cash so it’s 100% mine. I’ve had zero problems in the year I’ve had it. It has 90k miles. I took it in for a synthetic oil change cost me 120$ & they “topped off” coolant. 2 days later it overheated for a brief second I shut it right down & limped it home & didn’t drive it again until the 2 weeks it took to get in to the dealer. I have had one bad experience after another with Dodge dealership. I have gotten rid of the truck I bought 8 months ago from them. The last 2 straws was.. Had trouble putting my car into park, couldn’t turn the car off. They looked at the car and found out a quarter was the culprit. Quick and easy fix! They saved my day. Were very nice to me and my daughter for the quick stop. Appreciate their help!
AVOID. Stuck with a damaged truck because their business is not an honest place. Failed to mention it suffered a front end impact, and blamed me for not doing research. . Parts failed immediately. Jason is rude. These guys give the used car business a bad name.
