❗️⚠️ I purchased a used Toyota with a verbal agreement from salesperson Noah that the cracked windshield would be replaced with Toyota OEM glass—this was confirmed in front of my husband and repeated before signing. Avoid all business here. Billy the sales manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was ready to buy a vehicle and was berated by him for my research on pricing for a vehicle. It's probably a good idea to stay away from McLarty Daniel and look for a vehicle somewhere else. I know plenty of others that have expressed the same complaints about their dealerships.
After visiting multiple dealerships in NWA, we found Billy and Paige and McLarty. They were the most genuine salespeople we met during the car searching process. We felt no pressure from them— just super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They also made a point to connect with our 5 year old who was along for the ride—it made him feel like he was apart of the process.
