Great customer service! The issue with our truck was resolved and Doug our service advisor was kind and competent. We also got a free wash and our truck looks great!
I had a service appointment at 11am. I was early. First they couldn't find the appointment and I had to show them the automated text messages. Then I waited. And waited. And waited some more. Over 4 hours and not once was I given an update. Saw what looked like my truck parked outside and after 20 minutes I went and talked to someone at the service desk. This is the absolute worst dealership in NWA by far! Never in my life have I nor my family and friends been treated so poorly by a dealership in our lives. We all made the horrible mistake of buying from them. And don't even get me started on the service department. If you want to buy a vehicle that you constantly have to work on out of pocket then this is the place for you.
