Awful experience. Waited 3 hrs and after no Dr contacted me, i finally called the company. They assured me someone (a Dr) would contact me asap. That was 2 hours ago. Funny, they did bill me $72 immediately after i scheduled the initial appointment. After calling a 2nd time, they told me they didn’t know if a Dr would contact me and also didnt know if I’d be able to get my $$ back. Bad Business!

Doc talked to me for about two minutes, gave bad advice and basically said get over it. Wound up diagnosed and treated (correctly) with pneumonia, thanks for nothing guys.
TERRIBLE! I would never use the virtual care again! The doctor was condescending. I had an infection on the 10th day of Covid and the doctor told me that she would not write me a prescription and that Covid was viral not bacterial! Hello....don't insult me! I had to pay another place to get one and within in 2 days, I felt better, and it got all the yucky colorful phlegm out of me.
