I brought my child in 12PM after an atv accident was there until 11PM. I was told we're being rushed to children's hospital for 4hrs. Then they canceled that paperwork. Then told me I'm going to Royal Oak Beaumont, then cancel that paperwork. Then said nope we are going to the children's hospital. ** A 3 hour ambulance ride.** Two o'clock in the morning we show up, Wait 4 more hours to tell me the specialist that they have doesnt specialize in what my son needs and we need to be transferred again to UofM in Ann Arbor. Idk about the bad reviews I had great experience
Slow slow slowwwww and the doctors dont listen they just come in for a few seconds then leave for hours while you wait thinking about just walking out. Nurses are rude and the suggestion we received while waiting over 4 hours after already seeing the doctor was that we could leave
They are really nice and helped me when I wasn't feeling well the staff is super friendly and I made a few friends would recommend!
