Would avoid if possible! Took my dad there because he felt like he was having a heart attack and we sat out in the waiting room for 45 minutes. We were the only people there and were completely brushed off when we asked when we would be seen.

I urge everyone to stay away from er if you care about yourself or family. They don’t take anything serious and you never get seen by doctors. They are more worried about chatting and flirting with each other.

Don't go if you need help. They might see you in a hour or two after you show up..

All nurses and Dr's are great! Just wished they reopen our offices in Mio, Fairview, St. Helen and Rose City.

I brought my child in 12PM after an atv accident was there until 11PM. I was told we're being rushed to children's hospital for 4hrs. Then they canceled that paperwork. Then told me I'm going to Royal Oak Beaumont, then cancel that paperwork. Then said nope we are going to the children's hospital. ** A 3 hour ambulance ride.** Two o'clock in the morning we show up, Wait 4 more hours to tell me the specialist that they have doesnt specialize in what my son needs and we need to be transferred again to UofM in Ann Arbor.
