had a emergency resulting from surgery done in bay city on 6 / 12, saturday the 6/14 the artery started to spew , hats off to the folks at McLaren er in west branch , not only did they make me feel at home they recommended some meds to take care of my pain , as the doc on 6/ 12 would only give me tylenol, THANK YOU ALL THAT TENDED TO ME

Took my wife there late last night, early hours of this morning. She had food poisoning, so she needed help. The staff on duty were fantastic, especially the RN Karen. Big thank you to the entire team. We made it back to Canada and Jenny is recovering slowly.

We had the best experience here. My daughter broke her arm and ended up needing to be transferred for surgery. They got us in very quickly and even did X-rays right in the room. The nurses/MAs and Drs were wonderful and did everything they could to make sure my daughter was comfortable. They even gave her a baby doll and gave her doll a sling to match hers. I would definitely recommend coming here.

This place is a joke, went here for care, they obviously did not know what they were doing. (Front desk staff was nice, though.) Complete and utter waste of my time. Left and drove all the way to Saginaw. They did not treat me at all, the doctor kept saying under his breath with the ultrasound machine “there has to be a way to zoom this in right” then gave me discharge papers, with a diagnosis that was incorrect. They did not even treat me at all. Don’t waste your time even stopping here.
