Came in to have my son looked at because he had a big bump by his eye, took over 45 minutes and still no doctor, guess it's a good thing it wasn't a brain injury gonna get him some ice. There was no one in the parking lot.
Very very slow
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We took our 10 month old to get checked out after having a fever for 2 days. The nurse essentially brushed off his symptoms and said it was probably viral and acted like we were dumb for even bringing him in. Then, after waiting a long time we find out he has pneumonia. Okay, that’s fine. Until he forced a large dose of antibiotics into my baby’s mouth as he was laying DOWN and screaming/choking. On 6/13/26 we visited for acute back pain. There was no wait. The staff was exemplary from Emergency triage check in to the curbside check out. The comprehensive, compassionate, caring treatment was highly appreciated and the brag fest continues long after my family’s trips here for our urgent health care needs. Grateful. Love, Michelle
