I ordered a Hose Reel from the website which was delivered to the store in a few days. I was immediately notified and picked it up but failed to assemble it - thought, there was a part missing. I took it back to the store and found a very friendly gentleman to check it out. There was nothing missing. He assembled it for me - without charge.
