On a road trip from Perth, and had car issues in the McLaren Vale area. Although this was bad luck, I feel I was super lucky to get a mechanic workshop as genuine and helpful as McLaren Vale Automotive. Tim, Mel and the team were amazing. They were super honest, worked with integrity and promptly communicated updates re the car and dealt with my warranty company. Big thanks to Mel, Cooper and Tim. These guys really helped me out when I had some battery issues. I needed a jump start from them when my car wouldn’t start nearby. The issue persisted, so I went back and they gave a me a great deal on a new battery and fitted it on the spot in minutes. Very helpful and friendly service. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Had a battery die while visiting Mclaren Vale & found Tim, Mel & Tarquin from Mclaren Vale Automotive were close by, who saved the day with their quick & helpful service. Mel was able to quickly establish exactly what battery I needed & have me on my way in no time, & it was also a pleasure to chat with Tim the very knowledgeable owner. I was very impressed with the professionalism & customer service, a reputable & trustworthy service team for sure. 10 out of 5 stars!
Would put more stars if I could - I find Tim and the team there very easy to deal with, always got time to stop and listen to the customer, I had my regular vehicle book serviced and was very happy with the results so I gave Tim our motorhome that I’ve had various “experts” try and get engine breakdown resolved over past few years with zero results - got the vehicle back in a few short days and running sweet as new - my new go-to for anything automotive
