Let's first start with. I sent my husband to the emergency room via ambulance. Because he had just suffered a seizure. And was in the middle of having a stroke, they did AC. T scan. They had absolutely no clue what they were looking at. Because they sent him home, I know this because they took him to another hospital who bay lifted him to saginaw He had a brain bleed. Doctors and techs were understanding and helpful. Phone charger in the lobby was a plus since you can’t really plan for an emergency. I was here in the middle of the night and after discharging I had to wait for Thumb Area Transit to open for 4 hours. A nurse came to me an hour after and when I thought I was going to get kicked out she actually offered to help make me more comfortable while I waited and I really appreciated that because I was tired and uncomfortable and was worried that I shouldn’t have been there.
