I arrived Thursday, March 13th at 9pm. I told them I was having a post op problem and was bleeding heavily between my legs. I told them I had been bleeding since 7pm non stop, soaked through many towels and other items, absolutely drenching them in blood. I was taken in and told to take a seat, I told them that's not a good idea as I will leave a mess, I was ignored and told to take a seat. Called and called no answer!!!! I had to contact the hospital about my family member. How can they not answer their phone for hours!!!
Had to take my husband in to the ER after his neck surgery for about the 8th time in a month for severe chronic pain, we had a nurse that came in and was absolutely amazing, she was kind and had compassionate, she took great care of my husband, this young ladies name is Doniel, she listened to our concerns and addressed his pain quickly! I haven't had issues with Mclaren Port Huron ER until recently. Drive to Ann Arbor if you need help, or sit in a hallway, be ignored and wait hours before you see a doctor. You can do better!
