The Capac and Armada offices are great. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. There are a lot of new faces recently, but you'll catch every single one smiling at you when you walk in. I don't know all of the practitioners well, but I can vouch for Dr DeCarlo and ESPECIALLY Karey Hartford. DeCarlo is very knowledgeable and actually takes what you have to say into account. But Karey is the main reason I've kept this office as my primary. Karey very likely saved my life after years of having another practitioner ignor... read more

Called to check hours per website and asked about taking my son in to be seen. I was told they are not taking new patients. Maybe they should remove “urgent care” from their title since in reality they are just a doctor’s office. My idea of urgent care is anyone should be able to be seen.
Dr. Decarlo is very good. He knows his stuff. Unfortunatly.you can rarely see him. They always schedule you with a nurse practitioner. Unless you are going for a cold.or flu anything else is a waste of time and will yield no results.
