Love the staff and doctors. After years of struggling to find a doctor I clicked with I am so happy that this place was recommended to me. After years of struggling to get answers they are helping me figure out my health issues
The good: Dr Lwin and Dr Kahn. The bad: appointment was made with Stephanie. Drive 1 way 35 miles to get appointment that was made 3 weeks in advance. Get to office and was told not able to be seen because it was not on the schedule. Attempted to reach out to office manager 3 times. Never got to speak to the office manager. Kayla the nurse assistant was unprofessional and condescending. Just saw dr brown, he was supposed to send blood work electronically to McLaren Port huron hospital.
