Physical Therapist Adam, helped me recovery & strengthen my core after a recent car accident. Adam has inspired me to continue strengthening, and explained the long term benefits for my body. I appreciated how the entire staff was so attentive, caring and how they all brought such a positive energy to the area. Adam explained my after care exercises, sent me home with instructions, bands and showed me how to download app and videos. Thank-you
