The doctor is truly amazing. They have a very warm and welcoming approach, which made me feel comfortable right away. It's rare to find a GP who is both highly professional and genuinely empathetic. I’m so glad to have found such a supportive doctor here in Auckland.

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this medical centre. On two separate occasions, I’ve been prescribed the wrong medication—once by Daisy and once by Hazel. During my second visit, I made a point of bringing the correct medication with me and clearly explained that Daisy had prescribed the wrong tablets previously. I showed Hazel exactly what I needed, yet she still prescribed the same incorrect medication again. Arrived on time for appointment to see nurse Amelia, patient arrived also to see nurse but booked in for tomorrow. Nurse appears, ushers them in without even acknowledging me. Reception staff asked in front of other patient waiting to be seen what exactly I was seeing the nurse for. Really rude & unprofessional service, not impressed & not for the first time. Do better McLaren medical team grrr!!
