Called Dr Browns office to make an appointment for an obstructing kidney stone the receptionist did everything she could to not schedule me for an appointment after I spent 4 hours at McLaren in Petoskey with a kidney stone she said you have no referral even though I was at the hospital I am visiting from California and do not have a primary care doctor here she refused to see me at their office Based on her phone skills I would never recommend this office especially since I am a surgeon myself patient compassion is a 0 horr... read more
My wife has seen dr. Brown a few times for bladder issues He is very through and has been great with follow up. Responses quickly to messages.
Absolutely think the world of Dr.Rohloff . Very professional, attentive, and extremely reassuring of each step. Never experienced kidney stones, but I appreciate him answering my questions and getting me through the procedures. Thank you!!
Dr. Rohloff has a great bedside manner and is a fantastic physician.
After being hospitalized with a 3 mm Stone stuck and I have been to the office in the past they tell me can't get anyone in for months and have no doctors no nurse's to do the job and 170 people on her referral list. What a joke.
