Been referred to this place. Was referred beginning of Sept 2024. This is now October 3 and have yet to receive a phone call from them to set up an appointment. When I call, it goes to voicemail and calls are never returned. That is rude and not good customer service
I have received outstanding care at Petoskey infectious disease. I have a rare infection which was quickly diagnosed and treatment started. The doctors were very helpful, answering all my questions . They have closely monitored my bloodwork and made adjustments to my medication.
I’m traveling internationally and wanted to make sure I was up-to-date on everything I need and that I didn’t miss anything and the lady told me just to google and hung up.
I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this hospital. If it is serious, and form around Northern Michigan up here, go to the one in Gaylord.
I have dealt with them for several years for diffent issues. They have always been up front with me and i got good treatment. I didnt want to see the 2 star reviews being the only ones. There is an option to wait for the desk to answer OR leave a msg.
