I have left several messages with no return call. I'll probably die waiting.
Been referred to this place. Was referred beginning of Sept 2024. This is now October 3 and have yet to receive a phone call from them to set up an appointment. When I call, it goes to voicemail and calls are never returned. That is rude and not good customer service
I have received outstanding care at Petoskey infectious disease. I have a rare infection which was quickly diagnosed and treatment started. The doctors were very helpful, answering all my questions . They have closely monitored my bloodwork and made adjustments to my medication.
I’m traveling internationally and wanted to make sure I was up-to-date on everything I need and that I didn’t miss anything and the lady told me just to google and hung up.
I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this hospital. If it is serious, and form around Northern Michigan up here, go to the one in Gaylord.
