This was such an amazing place. The staff were so sweet and made me feel pretty safe. They were understanding and such good help, I'm so glad I came here.
Came into emergency room for a very bad ear infection which at the end of this I suffered hearing loss. I was walking behind the Male nurse into a room. There were three beds the middle one was empty. The other two had people in the beds. The lights were.off and the nurse turned to.me and said they will be on shortly. I went to so no problem only got out no and he turned on me big time. Said there was other people here and I was not thinking of them. Complained but they never answered. My previous experiences with this place have been decent but I went in because of a severe ear infection that has not been getting better with treatment and have been in agonizing pain for the last 5 days and still going. I was lectured by my nurse about not having a primary doctor without being asked why( I recently moved to the area) extensively. Not always busy well depending on what area your going to . Nice people and do best they can with what they got now ! Not a functioning hospital anymore . Does emergency ,minor emergencies ,walk ins and more ! Peace I'm Out ✌️ Patti420
