Called twice , on hold for 12 min and 8 min. Rude receptionist.
Went in for an MRI; signage inside the building was very helpful to find the location of the office in the basement. All staff were very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Colleen for explaining the details of procedure throughout the whole process, and making my comfort a top priority during the MRI. Was able to receive the disk of my MRI right away and results are being sent within a day to the orthopedic surgeon for review. The whole process was flawless. Staff and workers were very professional and friendly. Mri's price was outrageous even with insurance though. Over $1200 out of pocket with bcn insurance to get mri of pinky finger. Compared bill before insurance deductions to someone who got a shoulder mri somewhere else and price was way less then what they charged for my pinky finger. Wont be back with how billing is.
