Linda the technician was VERY Rude today, dec 23 at 11 am. After Fasting 12 hours and getting ready to go, I was sitting in waiting area when Linda called the person after me , so i said " I was next" to which Linda replied "You don't have no appointment" in a very sassy manner. I said "I need an appointment?" which i was unaware of...Linda just ignored me. Overall RUDE ATTITUDE. ,, very unacceptable.
