I adore McLaren macomb north grove! I see Dr Chen who I adore and I have a friend who sees Dr Ramar after I recommend this office to her and she really likes her as well. I rant and rave about this place every chance I get after I went through some pretty traumatic reproductive health issues and Dr Chen was outstandingly kind and compassionate throughout the entire experience. They cheat on your billing. I was there for a routine gino yearly appointment and I was charged as an outpatient. When I called them they said they reserve themselves the right to change as an outpatient even though it was a routine exam. My copay for a Gino is $15 and I was billed almost $200 AFTER my PPO insurance. Original price was over 500. After their reply: I contacted them and it is what it is. The receptionist, Kaileen is always able to put my mind at ease when I call with questions or concerns. Dr Ramar is absolutely fantastic and absolutely makes you feel comfortable and confident in your choices. This office is incredible and I would recommend them to anyone who asked!
