Beautiful facility. HORRIBLE STAFF. Appointments magically disappear. Phone calls aren’t returned. My last straw with this office is today! Showed up early for my rescheduled physical appointment (after the original appointment magically disappeared with no warning) and the receptionist was clearly on a PERSONAL phone call. She slid me the sign in sheet while chatting away and I have a seat/wait to be called. After 45 minutes of waiting I’m told my appointment would have to be rescheduled. I went to my first doctors appointment here and Dr. Alla was amazing! He had such great bedside manners and was so kind and thorough. He addressed each of my concerns with so much care.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. B! He listens well and always addresses each of my concerns. I never feel like he’s in a rush. If I need to communicate out of office he is responsive. While I’ve never been a fan of doctors, Dr. B is the exception. I appreciate his expert care and look forward to being a patient for years to come!
This place is great! I have been here many time and continue to have good experiences. I've seen Dr. Langenburg taken my son to see NP Emily Jarret & a Male Doctor (can't remember his name right now sorry doc!) Place is great nice employees clean establishment big roomy patking lot & waiting rooms and also imaging / lab & pharmacy right downstairs on your way out!
