Unprofessional, we show up for the appointment 5-15 minutes early every time. Yet every almost every time we sit and wait for 45minutes to an hour to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. Every time I've been here it's always "she's running a little behind today". There has not been one appointment where we were seen on time. After 48 minutes passed the scheduled time we got called in, vitals taken and now we get to wait some more. My daughter is pregnant with her first child and everyone at this office was absolutely amazing and made her feel so comfortable at her first appointment. We already LOVE Dr. Jones and all of her staff!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!
