I see Dr jones she’s great and front desk staff is great to I will say one annoying thing is I always wait about 40 min in the waiting room for my appointment than another 20 min in the room which can get really annoying as this is every time I’m here not once in a while
Today I arrived 15 minutes early for my pelvic ultrasound with a full bladder, exactly as instructed. The clinic was completely empty no other patients just me!!! Yet I was left waiting well past my scheduled time. Ten minutes after my appointment time, I walked up to the front desk and politely let them know I was extremely uncomfortable and couldn’t keep waiting!! Unprofessional, we show up for the appointment 5-15 minutes early every time. Yet every almost every time we sit and wait for 45minutes to an hour to be seen after the scheduled appointment time. Every time I've been here it's always "she's running a little behind today". There has not been one appointment where we were seen on time. After 48 minutes passed the scheduled time we got called in, vitals taken and now we get to wait some more.
