Called to schedule a Mammogram. Breast Cancer is on the rise for Women in their 30s, and because I’m under 40, the receptionist let me know I can’t have it done unless I meet with Dr. Q, and he approved it. I have an order from my PCP, and would’ve preferred my Gyno Doctor to do it since they can. The receptionist let me know, I’d have to meet with Dr. Q, plead my case to get it done, pay for the appointment to plead my case, and then schedule the mammogram if “he agrees to it”. NP Bethany Gilling has terrible phone etiquette.
Staff are so difficult to deal with on the phone! They’re unhelpful and complicate things more. Plus they put you on hold for over 20 min…..
Bad ever experience with the clinic especially the ultrasound tech. I do not recommend anyone to visit the clinic as they are rude with the patients and does not respect anyone even if you have explain them that you have a problem or special condition.
I see Dr jones she’s great and front desk staff is great to I will say one annoying thing is I always wait about 40 min in the waiting room for my appointment than another 20 min in the room which can get really annoying as this is every time I’m here not once in a while
