I had to cancel my therapy appointment due to a family emergency and the next appointment I got the date wrong. Definitely my bad but was discharged without being told. When I talked to someone to reschedule they said since I didn't get a call from the therapist they would schedule an appointment and I'd get a call if I wasn't able to be seen. I've been here for my ankle, hand after a tendon repair, and am now going for my back. I like the new location and the people are great. Would recommend!
My son receives speech therapy here with SLP, Natalie Jacobs and she has been the best thing that’s happened to him. She’s very patient, very knowledgeable, and my son says she’s fun. Before the speech therapy, we struggled to understand him and he wasn’t able pronounce certain words. Within weeks of therapy, we see a big difference. Today my son corrects his words, slows down to communicate and annunciate 3+ syllable words. I also see a big difference in his confidence to speak up with other children.
