I went to them for shoulder pain & not being able to fully use my arm. After a few weeks of them working with me. Today I have full motion of it agian. They are wonderful here. Very thro & know what they are doing. Also very caring & making sure along the way that it's helping. I loved this place & the workers are the best!
I went here after my hip replacement. My muscles were really tight in that thigh & sore. They worked on them & got them stretched back out after several weeks. It was all worth every visit. You are so taken care of by these people. They are so caring & helpful. I finished my pt with no pain & no limp. This is the best place to go for physical therapy!
When I first arrived over six months ago I was in such pain and poor shape that my biggest fear was to be turned away! I was literally in a wheelchair, unable to stand, much less walk. Amber and Nicole were kind and supportive, giving me the tools and encouragement to slowly get better. I feel that I improved quite a bit with the help of the staff at this PT. They were very friendly and it was mainly a one on one experience with them each visit. I highly recommend their services.
Great people and location but I have two down falls: one, being that they are terrible at returning phone calls and even setting up to start therapy, it takes them days! Two, I'm sure it's at every therapy location, sometimes you'll have someone else assisting you and every person has a totally different way of doing your therapy which is confusing to me since they go off your chart. Overall I do like the people very much but there is terrible communication issues.
