This lab is an absolute joke. When you walk up, it looks like they’re closed because all the lights are off. Meanwhile, two ladies are sitting there in the dark on their phones, ignoring people instead of doing their jobs. When they finally bothered to talk to us, we were told my mom had to go register first. Fine. We go through the unpleasant registration process and come back. Right in and out. Fast service. They are in the old Kmart building.
They don't send doctors your lab results. Been 2 weeks. Just fax them already! 😪
