Absolutely awful. Not helpful at all. Couldn't find orders that were clearly there. Made us do all of the work that they should have been doing, tracking down orders, calling places, etc...
My mother is in ICU and it was touch and go for a while and while I was strolling the halls at 6a.m. the receptionist Rick was at his desk, and he was there for me emotionally truly kind and compassionate. I really can't thank Rick and the entire ICU staff for all they have dona and are doing for our family. These people are a blessing from God
Took 2 1/2 hours to get taken back for a blood draw.
