This lab ignored specific reporting instructions provided in the lab order. Did NOT fax the results to ordering physician as specifically requested. I had to make a special request via phone for the fax to be sent a week later, then physically chase down the results in person at the lab in McClaren Cheboygan. This was a simple blood test. I am beyond put out.
