I was one of the first to move into this building after an extra 6 month delay. After I had moved in there was periodic heat and hot water issues. When staff were checking there was alot of discrepencies and oddities in their performance. Seemed weird but was the last time I let them in. I can add to this, but I won't. Staff then weren't qualified to push a broom and surely aren't now, well maybe the odd one but they didn't seem to stick around long. Kinda sketchy if you ask me. The building was constructed using materials environmentally friendly and reusable trying to leave a small footprint It claimed to have achieved a greater and better environment while adding major improvements hoping for greater density.wt lower cost to be continued

I've been on a waiting list since 2016, they didn't contact my caseworker at AIDS Vancouver in 2017 and apparently I lost my turn and it's 2023 and I'm still on a waiting list. It's very corrupt just like the BC Housing and other government institutions are, the housing complex feels like being a prisoner so understandably most clients end up moving to better housing but the clients on the waiting list are still affected because there aren't enough units being built or available.
