Coverage isnt awful - it will try and get you to use cheaper medicines that might not be the best for you, but such is the joke we call American Healthcare. However, the customer service process is beyond a joke. It nearly seems designed to get you to fail and lose your insurance. 6 thumbs down.
I don't usually leave reviews but, here to add to the long list of people who say this company is horrible and a total scam. I'm a contractor so applied for health insurance through the Marketplace in August for a policy to start in September. Their system wouldn't let me make a payment online so I called and they said it was because they had a backlog of applications and hadn't processed mine yet and that they would mail me my policy information and once I had that I could make the first payment to start coverage.
