Very rude and somewhat inept employees. Frankly if you worked for me I'd be inclined to render your employment terminated. Definitely will be choosing a different provider. I don't pay you to argue about a prior phone conversation. I pay you to do your job.
Bunch of liars about doctors, referrals, medication and anything that has to do with your health, they deny then get told they never received anything. You can't deny something that you've never received apparently. You guys stop paying for your insurance it's not free comes out of taxes, fill out a tax form to opt of paying insurance

Wow. This company totally lied. I wanted to get my teenage dtr coverage. Agent changed her birth date on the application to make her 18 rather than 17 (they don’t service minors). I mentioned the date error and was told it would be fixed on the permanent card. Agent wanted to push this application through at any cost. Fortunately customer service canceled the policy and refunded my money that day.
