I don't usually leave reviews but, here to add to the long list of people who say this company is horrible and a total scam. I'm a contractor so applied for health insurance through the Marketplace in August for a policy to start in September. Their system wouldn't let me make a payment online so I called and they said it was because they had a backlog of applications and hadn't processed mine yet and that they would mail me my policy information and once I had that I could make the first payment to start coverage. Its just a scam company, keeps calling me regarding "my child". I dont even have a kid, block them
Can't give you an accurate balance on your account, yet they want to cancel your insurance. The McLaren app gives you one balance, the monthly letter they send you gives you another, and when you call their accounting department, they get belligerent with you and give you yet another amount. Also, because their computer system was hacked, all of my wife's personal and financial information was leaked, and twice her social security account was altered with her deposit being directed elsewhere.
Worst experience you could ever have, stay away from McLaren!
