I have been waiting on the full pathology report from a breast biopsy for over a month and a half now. I repeat a month and a half! They still don’t have all my results in and nobody seems to know where my biopsy Sample even is. I have spoke to the patient advocate the pathology department radiology. McLaren Corporate gets a 1 star review for their ludicrous use of AI in health care operations. AI could indeed be used for better health care access and administration but all you use it for is some data gathering tool. You could consult any decent general medical clerk in your organization and have them explain to you how AI might be better use to assist your patients but it's really not about patient care as much as it's about profit, is it? "I will never refer any of my patients there going forward after encountering an overall experience in the ER recently. They simply do not "listen to the patient" (biggest mistake healthcare providers make and why we lose a lot of lives in our world.) Not professional in the least. I want to say so many good things about Mcclaren hospital. I not only speak about the care the staff and doctors have to My son but for all the other patients that’s in the hospital.
