The place I go to have my old Subaru serviced. All good, replacement car during the service and all explained properly.
Possibly the nicest people you’ll ever meet at a dealership, I went to transport a vehicle from this dealership and the battery on my vehicle died as I got there, Kev and Jess helped me get my vehicle started and again and also gave me hand at loading the car. They also done a great job at servicing the vehicle the customer was very happy with the process and the car 👍🏼
Will never let them touch my car again. Had my car for 5 months for a service and some minor paintwork. When I checked on the car it had been left outside alongside another 20 odd McLarens. The £3500 battery had been allowed to go dead and could not be recovered and had to be replaced. All the plastic trim clips were broken under the front hood. On the day of the service, the car was promptly taken care of and was ready exactly as promised.
