The one black receptionist seemed ok. Did not care about anything concerning physical health of women.
Canceled on me 3 times. I'm an urgent case as well having an autoimmune disorder, bleeding disorder, and PCOS that I was hospitalized for a month ago. Doesn't seem like they care at all, I will be going somewhere else.
Hands down worst schedulling experience I've ever had at a medical clinic. I waited 6 months for an emergency visit for a vital medication refill only to get there, find out the appointment was cancelled despite not receiving any calls, emails, etc. I rescheduled 4 months out, and I got a call a few hours before the appointment that it was cancelled again due to the doctor not being in the office. I was a patient of McLaren for 19 years and had all my babies at McLaren without any issues. During my current pregnancy, the care I received has been truly awful. Multiple issues with scheduling, test results, and constantly getting dismissed when trying to advocate for myself. I transferred care at 35 weeks pregnant, because of the IT disruption and the diagnosis I received during my hospital stay. I will be delivering my baby at 37 weeks, and I can't imagine what would have happened to me or my baby if I stayed and waited... read more
