Failed to give me details of my own pregnancy which could have ended my pregnancy. Inconsiderate. When I called to ask about a transfer of care, I got told someone would call me back to see why I wanted a transfer of care, which is none of their business, not how to do it and hung up on. Seriously do not recommend going for Prenatal care.
I don't understand what the other reviews are talking about and I'm super glad I didn't look at them before I went. I cannot recall a single time at the doctors office that wasn't a terrible experience except this place. I know us humans tend to remember the bad times more than the good, but believe me when I say medical professionals have hardly ever made me feel listened to. The one black receptionist seemed ok. Did not care about anything concerning physical health of women.
Canceled on me 3 times. I'm an urgent case as well having an autoimmune disorder, bleeding disorder, and PCOS that I was hospitalized for a month ago. Doesn't seem like they care at all, I will be going somewhere else.
Hands down worst schedulling experience I've ever had at a medical clinic. I waited 6 months for an emergency visit for a vital medication refill only to get there, find out the appointment was cancelled despite not receiving any calls, emails, etc. I rescheduled 4 months out, and I got a call a few hours before the appointment that it was cancelled again due to the doctor not being in the office.
