Made an appointment in March, soonest they could get me in was July. Kept getting my follow up appointment in September rescheduled (3 times) and then on the 4th time I asked them if my test results had even come back for the issue I was coming in for. “what test results?” turns out they lost my sample. I asked them “what now?” and then they said they’d call me back. I never got a call back, so I gave up. It is now November and I just got a bill for the test. What the hell McLaren?
I tried to schedule a Dr appointment October 1st. and was told October 21st was the earliest appointment i could get. Seems like a 3 week waiting list is a bit long.
I have been calling now for 3 days cause I am going to be out of my medication as of 7/13 and they claim their systems are down for making appointments as I need one to get the medicine I just about hung up on them today, I am currently seeking a new doctor. I will call tomorrow but if they answer and tell me their systems are down I am going to ask why are they answering the phone. I absolutely love my doctor. Both doctors I've had since becoming a part of the practice were fabulous and wanted to do everything they could for the health of their patients. Doctors are now so over burdened though that it can take months to get an appointment. My doctor now says "I'd like to see you in 3 months, but if nothings available 4-5 is fine." As doctors retire, patients are added to existing caseloads instead of additional doctors being hired. To my knowledge, they've yet to replace the endocrinologist who retired... read more
I’ve called for a week to get my regular medication refilled as I’m out!! I just switched to this so called doctors office and first time I seen dr Tom he couldn’t fill out a script for the pharmacy right, they were confused and couldn’t fill it.. that was 3 months ago now that I am out of my medication and am desperately trying to get my refill they are not doing their job, being disrespectful, lying and no communication. I’m going to find a new doctor asap
