I'd give a 0 if it were an option but it's not... I had called the office to see how far behind my son's doctor was, as the doc is always at least 45 minutes behind, my son is on the spectrum and has been sick for a week. When the receptionist/office manager Jonise, answered, she told me he was running about a half hour behind, which isn't bad at all for him. We arrived approximately 10 minutes late for our appiointment and were told we couldn't be seen. We have waited hours to be seen but couldn't be seen after 10 minutes??... read more
Been seeing my doctor here for years now and have never had a bad experience. Sure, the call volume gets annoying sometimes but that’s not their fault. My care team is always quick to answer concerns & treatment plans are made with my personal needs in mind…not just some blanket treatment.
Went here for my prenatal visits, everything was okay at first until I came in with concerns about swelling, I was told I should come get it check out by multiple people because it wasn’t normal. I came in and got let in the door to go back they made me sit on a bench, then some lady I can’t remember her name came up to me clearly annoyed with my concerns, made me feel stupid told me because it was hot outside that’s why it was so bad, barely even checked me out.
