I booked an appointment over a week ago through Zocdoc as a new patient and followed all the instructions provided. The office canceled my appointment only 2 hours before it was scheduled and never contacted me directly by phone, text, or email to let me know. I have been a patient of MMP for many years, but today I am beginning the process of transferring my records to a new health care provider. The medical care, compassion and customer service of this organization is no longer acceptable to me. I had an appointment with Sameerah Latif and absolutely loved the care and service she provided. She was calm, attentive, and took the time to listen to every concern while answering all my questions with kindness and compassion. The care she provided truly made me feel comfortable and valued. I really appreciated the time spent with her and would highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you for all that you do.
Their new staff is very good, they're doing a great job helping patients. More patient and kind.
Only been there once, bit so far everyone was kind, the doctor and nurse that saw me were very nice and polite. They helped answer all my questions amd even helped get me set up with a psychiatrist that accepts my insurance.
