Unable to reach customer service within a reasonable amount of time. It should never take 30 + minutes to get two people out of queue. Your average person doesn't have that much time available to wait on the phone uninterrupted. Selected option for callback doesn't appear to work... Stress test was scheduled, but two days prior they canceled because of pending auth. Now I am unable to contact someone to reschedule, or to check my authorization status.
Like the place, just that it's e to cancel appointments
I would like to be able to provide a better rating but if I cant get through to schedule an appointment ie: multiple 1 hour waiting times on the phone.. . Then I can't provide a rating. The phone/scheduling service is beyond awful.
