If I could give it a ‘0’ I would. I walked in, the guy barely looked up, told me to have a seat and continued to look at his computer. I was the only one there. I left after about 15 minutes.

This lab has appointments at 7am. I thought that was perfect because I work 8am-5pm. Wrong. I show up at 7am and the door was locked. Waited a few minutes and was finally let in. I then walk to the window where a woman is sitting at the desk. She is typing and does not look up from her computer once. I have stood here for almost 10 minutes and she hasn't even greeted me or asked if I needed help. Ridiculous. You'd think if they offer appointments at 7am, that they'd be ready to take appointments at 7am.

Made a 9am appointment and waited an hour still. Then name was not checked for blood draw and the mix up wasn’t noticed until giving a urine sample was requested again and she said there wasn’t an order for it but that she would print a label. It was pointed out name on cup was wrong and she crossed it off and hand wrote the name only, not birthdate, and did not print a new label. I was able to walk-in for a blood draw and was out within 15 minutes, and she did a great job!
