I checked in at 817am. Had a 830am appt. Had blood drawn at 854am. What is the purpose of making an appt?
This lab is my lab of choice because it's in the same building as my primary Dr. and it's close to home. But the other day I had a very bad experience when I went up to the window at 1:59 pm and the girl sent me away, even though they close at 2:30, per the website! She said she had three patients in front of me, and she also needed time to prep to go home! If your website said you're open till 2:30, then you should take patients till 2:30.
Using the online appt scheduler makes it an in and out experience. Staff is very helpful as well.
